I was responsible not only for copy but for designing the site to create the most intuitive user experience.

Twilio, Assorted projects

CPaaS company based out of San Francisco, CA.

I created multiple enablement projects from scratch, including but not limited to:

  • project trackers that allow for better visibility + ways to get involved

  • step-by-step guides and videos for self guided learning

Samples of both types of projects included below.

Project Tracker. Helps keep everyone aligned on who’s working on what (outside of hiring) + areas to get involved. Responsible for setup of AirTable (perms, design, content, etc) as well as maintenance of data.

Weekly Recruiting Report Template. Developed template of concise communication and easy to dissect presentation that standardizes data visualization & collection across the R&D organization alongside three other members of the Talent Research team.
